Facilities

We, at Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyalaya believe that clean, comfortable and safe environments are important components of a school’s successful teaching-learning process. The various facilities offered by the school include:

 

Resource Room

The school believes in ‘Inclusive Learning’. The Resource department caters to the needs of   children   experiencing difficulties and guides them not only to cope with the normal curriculum but also helps them to hone their inter-personal skills so that they can independently lead a normal and healthy life.

 

Computer Laboratory

The computer lab provides opportunities to students to explore new technologies and as well as to equip them to keep up with the latest know-how in the field.

 

Science Laboratory

The well-equipped science lab with models and specimen collections helps to impart practical knowledge about theoretical concepts.

 

Library

The library is the ‘Book Bank’ or the ‘knowledge bank’ of the school. It provides information and ideas that are fundamental to functioning successfully in today’s information and knowledge-based society. It has books ranging from science and fiction to literature and many more which help students to quench their thirst for knowledge.

 

Play Area

The playroom is just the right place for our tiny-tots. A room which looks like a fairy land with colourful and attractive equipments like slides, see-saw, a variety of toys, and a play pool to develop their reflexes as well as their gross and fine motor skills.

 

Pre-Primary AV Room

A fascinating treat for our little angels. The Audio-Visual room makes the story characters come alive, giving the tiny tots a feeling of being in wonderland .
